Refund Policy & Payment Cancellation

At Golden Saree, we value customer satisfaction and aim to provide high-quality products and services. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling.
  • Products purchased during special promotions or clearance sales (unless defective).
  • Customized or altered sarees.

3. Refund Process

  • Customers must contact us via email or phone to initiate a return request.
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.

4. Payment Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before the item has been shipped.
  • If the payment has already been processed, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible, and customers must follow the return process.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
